Production Supervisor
- Supervise daily production activities and oversee team performance.
- Ensure products meet or exceed established quality standards and documentation requirements.
- Set manufacturing priorities and communicate daily assignments to production staff.
- Lead employee selection, training, coaching, performance reviews, and discipline.
- Implement and maintain departmental safety programs to protect employees.
- Drive efficiency and continuous improvement through Lean practices, including 6S, Kanban, and Kaizen events.
- Ensure product integrity and compliance with production order documentation.
- Apply experience in manufacturing assembly environments to optimize workflows.
- Maintain a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant supervisory/production experience (Lean Certification preferred).
