In this role, you will be responsible for operating a CNC Machine, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring parts are machined accurately and efficiently. Ideal candidate will have strong technical and computer abilities and a keen way for detail.QualificationsResponsibilities:
Set-up and manage CNC machine to manufacture precise components
Ensure the CNC operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company
Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, etc.
Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machine
Prepare a test run to check if the machine is producing outputs in accordance with specifications
Inspect and measure finished product
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machine
Document production runs and report deviations from specifications
Offload and Bundle material per panel produced
Requirements:
3-5 years of CNC Machine Operation
Ability to read and understand technical blueprints and schematics
Intermediate math and computer skills
Knowledge of calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
Certification or vocational training in CNC Machining preferred
