The Opportunity:Join NAVSEA 03S as a Cyber Security Manager supporting the Navy Maintenance and Modernization Enterprise Solution (NMMES), a mission-critical program that supports over 45,000 users executing naval ship and submarine maintenance operations worldwide.Responsibilities:Analyze and define security requirements for Multilevel Security (MLS) issuesDesign, develop, and engineer solutions to MLS requirementsImplement and develop MLS solutions for complex systemsGather and organize technical information about organizational mission goals and security needsPerform comprehensive risk analyses and assessmentsProvide daily supervision and direction to security staffSupport secure software development and integration tasksReview work products for correctness and adherence to security standardsProvide expertise in Security/Information Assurance (IA) products including PKI, VPN, firewalls, and intrusion detection systemsAnalyze and recommend resolution of security/IA problemsEnsure compliance with DoD and DoN Information Assurance rules and regulationsManage security architecture across both legacy and modern systemsQualifications:Required:Must have an Active Secret security clearanceBachelor's Degree (STEM degree preferred but not required)At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity architectureStrong knowledge of DoD and DoN Information Assurance rules and regulationsExperience with Multilevel Security (MLS) requirementsProven leadership and team management abilitiesDesired:Advanced cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH)Experience with DoD/Navy programsSAFe certificationKnowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF)Experience with FedRAMP and DISA security requirementsCloud security expertiseUnderstanding of secure development practicesExperience managing security teams-What You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
