- Develop and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources, to support various aspects of property management operations.
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars for property management staff at all levels.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities for skill enhancement within the organization.
- Collaborate with Director of Operations to customize training programs based on specific job roles and responsibilities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through participant feedback, performance metrics, and other relevant measures.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees to reinforce learning and address individual development needs.
- Stay adept of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to property management and integrate relevant content into training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and certifications for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Assign and monitor training sessions as assigned by Performance Improvement Plans in the corrective action process.
- Collaborate with Regional Community Managers to assess and address training needs for team members in their respective regions and schedule group training, as necessary.
- Complete special projects and tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the quality and impact of training initiatives through innovation and continuous improvement.
- Travel to properties as needed.
- Proven experience as a corporate trainer, preferably in the property management or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of property management principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to effectively engage diverse audiences and adapt training approaches to meet different learning styles.
- Demonstrated proficiency in instructional design and curriculum development.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is a plus.
