- Be responsible for end-to-end build and timeline management of attendee registration websites per Client and BCD standards meeting if not exceeding Client SLAs
- Have a detailed understanding of Client's needs and objectives for registration experience and information collection
- Ensure optimum customer service capability through effective development of web registration forms. You will consult on opportunities to enhance the registrant's experience to be more positive and seamless
- Ensure all web builds follow Client's brand standards and guidelines
- Be accountable for web page development using internal Web Server Applications, HTML and CSS
- Obtain necessary approval from Generalist role/Client regarding changes and final approval
- Generate tests to verify all pertinent data captured appropriately
- Maintain a complete and thorough understanding of Client program/event and keep abreast of all changes
- Partner with travel to set up group air interface
- Update revised room blocks accordingly in registration database
- Advise supervisor of changes in technology, enhancements and opportunities to improve service deliverables
- Assume and perform other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, as requested
- Previous experience in web technology in a business environment
- You have several years of experience in web building through Cvent or other events management software
- Ability to be flexible, consultative, and an independent thinker understanding that SOPs are important, but creative solutions are important as well
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide clear and effective communication
- You work well under time pressures and changing deadlines and requests
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, MacOS, iOS, and JavaScript
