Position Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Certification of good health signed by a licensed physician
- 1st class boiler’s license and any additional appropriate grade license for the building where the positon is located.
- Five years’ experience with a mix of leadership, maintenance, and custodial experience or the equivalent in custodial service in other institutions and firms.
- Knowledge and expertise in the basic techniques of facilities management, electrical repair and mechanical maintenance, carpentry, grounds maintenance, and supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated communications skills
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Knowledge of school district policies and procedures, or ability to learn.
- Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, organize the work flow, and be flexible
Starting Salary: EPSS Level II - $90,660/year
Start Date: September 11, 2025Benefit Overview: Vacation 20 days/year
