Key Responsibilities:Accurately process documents into patient charts using team systems, eClinicalWorks (eCW), emails, and faxes.Review and index records to ensure completeness and accuracy.Provide friendly, professional support to patients with questions about their medical records.Fulfill medical record requests in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.Assist with tracking, scanning, and filing of documents as needed.Collaborate with providers, staff, and external partners to resolve discrepancies.Protect patient confidentiality by maintaining the integrity of all health information.Qualifications:
  • Previous medical records or healthcare office experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) or other EHR systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
