You must be able to:
- Work with internal customers to understand their use cases and their existing solutions.
- Collaborate with partner engineering teams to drive the product roadmaps for compliance and safety.
- Address bottlenecks, provide customer input, anticipate and make tradeoffs and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
- Partner with multiple tech and product teams across multiple locations with varying sets of priorities to ensure a timely delivery of the solution.
- Clarify and drive project commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability.
- Have the ability to query and analyze data, and come up with insightful findings out of data.
As a Sr Product Manager - Technical, you will be expected to:
- Work with internal customers to identify and understand their pain points and desired outcomes.
- Define and prioritize requirements and manage product roadmap.
- Use your technical judgment and understanding to test assumptions.
- Think big to build durable products that anticipate future pain points.
- Address bottlenecks, identify inefficiencies, anticipate and make tradeoffs; balance the business and customers’ needs versus technical constraints
- Deliver products on time with the right feature set and high quality.
- Evangelize product benefits, simplify onboarding and usability, and drive adoptionAbout the team

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planningPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.
