This role is critical in supporting the development and safety testing of autonomous vehicle systems.Key Responsibilities:Operate driving simulators using joysticks or gaming-style controllers in real-time testing environmentsRespond rapidly to simulated driving events with precision and accuracyMonitor and log system behavior, reporting issues or anomalies to engineering teamsAssist with ongoing simulation tasks that help train and validate autonomous vehicle technologiesFollow detailed protocols and maintain focus during extended test sessionsWhat You Bring:Proficiency with gaming controllers (e.g., Xbox, PlayStation, PC joystick)Excellent hand-eye coordination and fast reaction timeBasic computer literacy and a strong technical aptitudeReliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a teamStrong communication skills and a commitment to process accuracyPreferred Qualifications:Experience with simulators, QA testing, or esportsExposure to automotive technology or software testing environmentsEnthusiasm for innovation, automation, or roboticsShifts:Multiple shifts available, including days, evenings, and weekendsFlexibility is highly valuedCompensation & Benefits:$24.00 - 28.00 Per HourPaid trainingOvertime opportunitiesBe part of a rapidly growing industry shaping the future of mobilityPowered by JazzHR
