To Learn More, please review theJob SummaryThe Ski and Snowboard School Support Team is responsible for many aspects of the day-to-day operations in our Ski and Snowboard School.Team members will be responsible for the image, appearance, and functionality of indoor facilities and outdoor teaching areas, including daily set up and tear down, lunch service, rental shop operations, and assistance with check-in and check-out procedures of child students. Team members will also spend time with small children performing indoor programming activities, assisting in ski school classes and helping to motivate children when necessary.Job Specifications:
Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $21.78/hr

Job Responsibilities:
Fitting students (ages 3-14) for rental equipment and setting up the necessary ski/snowboards
Cleaning and maintaining kids facilities, rental equipment space, and learning areas
Preparing snacks & drinks for students, as well as assisting with lunch distribution
Taking inventory on facility food & supplies
Set up & break down of learning areas, which requires concentrated stretches of time outdoors
Operation of surface lifts in learning areas
Supporting instructors with class management
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in a fast-paced, service-based environment
Fluent in all aspects of English language
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Strong communication skills with a wide variety of guests and employees
Strong computer skills, typing, and data entry preferred
Early childhood care experience preferred
Ski or snowboarding experience to assist lessons as necessary preferred
Successfully pass the background check required
The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $21.78/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
