At Atulo, we are committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality infusion care directly to patients’ homes. As we expand across the Midwestern region, we’re seeking an experienced Infusion Clinical Director to lead our clinical team and uphold the highest standards of care.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee home infusion clinical operations across multiple Midwest states
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including licensure and accreditation standards
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering professional growth and clinical excellence
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, clinical protocols, and service expansion
- Travel regionally to support field teams and maintain consistency across locations
- Active Compact RN License (eligible for multi-state clinical oversight)
- 7+ years of home infusion experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity
- Strong understanding of clinical compliance and documentation standards
- Proven ability to manage multi-state operations and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000 annually
