- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale deployments of P25 digital, encrypted, and interoperable radio systems.
- Demonstrated track record of successful implementation in support of mission-critical operations.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Must possess a SECRET clearance.
- 15+ years of experience
- Experience in infrastructure management within a mission-critical environment preferred.
- Familiarity with contract oversight and performance reporting preferred.

- Key responsibilities often involve assisting the Program Manager with coordinating program activities, providing oversight in engineering and support related to customer needs, and monitoring project performance.
- The Deputy PM serves as a liaison with stakeholders, including government officials, to represent the mission's interests and maintain communication channels.
- Assisting with contract planning, coordination, and financial tracking, contributing to project plans and schedules, and participating in contract review.
- Personnel management and team leadership, including hiring, training, and guidance, are also part of the role.
- Contributing to preparing project reports and documentation and may require a strong understanding of P25 standards for technical aspects like interoperability and functionality.
- Involvement in planning for the acquisition of hardware and software within the P25 framework.
