- Coordinate with Hardware Program Lead and hardware functional team leads to ensure coordination across the projects to maintain awareness of hardware builds and schedules and to provide status updates.
- Perform business and system analysis to define, analyze, and validate improvements to process and tool operations for the BMS Hardware Development Team.
- Work with stakeholders across the technical team to elicit, document, and prioritize user requirements for assigned tickets; translate requirements into design options to analyze and validate user needs; act as liaison between end-users/stakeholders and developers; facilitate and support QA/testing to ensure solutions meet stakeholder requirements.
- Improve and maintain training materials/quick reference guides pertaining to Jira projects and tool/process improvements; assist in communicating enhancement and bug fixes to the Jira Development team.
- Assist with development and maintenance of necessary process documentation, to include SOPs, QA checklists, policies, and other general guidance in support of PGW Hardware objectives; Facilitate review and approval of documentation with the applicable stakeholders.
- Provide administration support to the customer's current EE/ME Jira tool infrastructure, including assistance with account requests and permissions management within Jira.
- Assist PGW Hardware lead in tracking hardware licenses, gathering quotes, and drafting necessary procurement requirements for maintenance renewals and new license requests.
- Consolidate Hardware information from project IPTs into higher level Program IPTs.
- Work with BMS technical and project leadership to provide input on how to tailor the existing program processes for specific projects and assist with design, implementation, and linkages in JIRA.
- Coordinate and track any necessary updates to the Standard Operating Procedure and drone flight Risk Hazard Analysis (RHA).
- Coordinate with IMS scheduler to identify critical paths, milestones, and deliverables for the hardware team as well as update Jira tasks accordingly.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Active DoD Security Clearance.
- 3 to 5 years' demonstrated experience in business processes to include Scrum Project management or related Agile management processes and able to do requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and verification.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or another Scientific/Technical field.
- Experience with hardware engineering processes is highly preferred.
- Prior experience and proficiency with Atlassian Jira highly preferred.
- Ability to create requirements specifications in both technical and user-friendly language/formats.
- Experience interacting with project stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
