- Programming with an array of data extraction, manipulation and summarization languages and toolsets in SQL, R, or Python on large amounts of complex customer data in relational database environment;
- Customer Relationship Management concepts;
- Ability to monitor longitudinal trends in data by designing, building, maintaining and publishing Visualization and dashboard tools using Power BI;
- Data modeling abilities with ability to implement principles in anomaly detection and interpolation;
- Statistical/data science methods most commonly used in retail analyses including: forecasting, AB testing, hypothesis testing, machine learning and prediction algorithms;
- Ability and familiarity to understand and operate in an Agile development team environment;
- Presentation of technical concepts to non-technical audiences and written, verbal and presentation skills to translate a business need or question into a hypothesis that can be validated via experimentation or data analysis; and
- Office workflow and work management tools (Microsoft Office suite, Excel, Power Point, Confluence, Sharepoint, and Asana project management)
