The Seasonal Call Center Representative provides customer-centric assistance via phone calls, email, or live chat interactions. Serves as the initial point of customer contact for issues within the organization. Problem-solves with customers to handle and resolve complaints. Provides information in response to inquiries about products, services, current sales/coupons, and order status. Serves as a brand ambassador for personalized products with a sense of creativity, individuality, and joy!
Position pays $17/HR.Available schedules include:
- 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- 10:30 AM - 7 PM
Positions running from late September - late December.
Seasonal Call Center Representatives Responsibilities:
- Complete orders while adhering to PCI regulations, maintain customer profiles, act as a product matter expert, and provide information about products, services, account information, and order status via phone, email, live chat correspondence.
- Troubleshooting and problem solving with the goal of first contact resolution.
- Answering between 30-40 phone calls daily.
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward external and internal customers.
- Knowing our products and item numbers to assist customers in the most accurate and efficient way.
- Process the paper work for all returned merchandise (returns, credits & shipping labels).
- Research all information and gather documentation for customer credits.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Must possess strong listening skills, a professional telephone demeanor, and the ability to interact effectively and tactfully with customers in a customer-focused contact center
- Previous experience handling office responsibilities or experience in customer serviced preferred but not required
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook.
- Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working on the phones and interfacing with customers
- Commitment to continual education about the company, products and services.
