- Lead from the front-drive architecture, development, and implementation of Salesforce Commerce (CloudCraze) solutions using Lightning framework.
- Collaborate with product, business, and project teams to turn ideas into reality-fast and clean.
- Guide offshore developers, ensuring code quality and alignment to best practices.
- Design and support custom eCommerce and web applications in Salesforce Commerce.
- Influence system enhancements and process improvements that directly impact the business.
- Occasionally flex full-stack skills-experience with headless frameworks like Angular, React, or Node.js is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of Salesforce Commerce Cloud development experience (CloudCraze, Lightning required).
- At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Lightning work-deep understanding of components and architecture.
- Experience as a technical lead on distributed teams (onshore + offshore).
- Ability to drive the tech roadmap without having to manage HR issues.
- Strong communication skills-you can translate between devs and business stakeholders.
- Comfortable with web services and integrations.
- Familiar with Microsoft tech stack and tools (e.g., Visual Studio, SQL Server, etc.).
- Salesforce.com platform experience is a plus.
- Full-stack JavaScript (Node.js, React, Angular).
- Headless eCommerce architectures or composable commerce.
- Agile and waterfall development methodologies.
- Industrial distribution or B2B commerce environments.
