- Lead and Manage Sales Team: Supervise, motivate, and coach a team of sales professionals responsible for selling SaaS solutions to mortgage brokerages. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages high performance and accountability.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and maximize opportunities within existing accounts. Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to position our products effectively.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas for the team by driving the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, while maintaining a focus on long-term customer success.
- Recruit and Train: Hire, onboard, and train new sales team members. Develop individual and team skills through continuous coaching and performance management.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at mortgage brokerages, ensuring a deep understanding of their pain points and how our SaaS products can provide value.
- Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and optimize team effectiveness.
- Collaboration with Marketing and Product Teams: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align messaging, sales materials, and promotional campaigns with the needs of mortgage brokerages.
- Forecasting and Budgeting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, track team progress against KPIs, and manage the sales budget effectively.
- Large (~$2B+ revenue) formerly public information services and data business

- 5+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a sales management role, preferably in SaaS, financial services, or mortgage brokerage industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with experience selling into mortgage brokerages or related industries preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team to achieve high performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales processes and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics platforms.
