A minimum of 12 core units in Early Childhood Education or Child Development is required, along with completion of a Preventative Health and Safety Course upon hiring. CPR and First Aid Certification is preferred to ensure the safety of our young learners.A valid California Driver's License, along with proof of current automobile insurance, is necessary for any off-site activities. Additionally, candidates must undergo a health screening, provide proof of a current negative TB test, and be immunized for measles, pertussis, and the current influenza shot. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a genuine passion for nurturing children's development are vital for creating a positive learning environment.Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
  • (12) core units Early Childhood Education/Child Development
