Traveling Lead Foreman

- Lead and manage a crew of at least 4 (typically 2 licensed electricians and 2 apprentices) on each job site.
- Oversee project timelines, labor, and site coordination to ensure deadlines are met.
- Read and interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, and electrical schematics.
- Perform and supervise electrical work including:
- Conduit and wiring installations
- Generator and UPS system installations
- Low- and medium-voltage systems
- Maintain consistent communication with project managers and office staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and project specifications.
- Provide professional, clear verbal and written communication on project updates.
- Proven experience leading large-scale commercial or industrial electrical projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in the field.
- Willing and able to work up to 60 hours per week.
- Comfortable with extensive travel; this is a travel-dependent position.
- Ability to work independently and lead teams with minimal supervision.
- Highly accountable, reliable, and professional in all aspects of the job.
- Journeyman Electrician License (Required).
- Minimum 5 years of field experience in electrical construction.
- Previous leadership or foreman experience strongly preferred.
- Solid knowledge of electrical codes, installation practices, and jobsite safety.
- Proficiency in blueprint and schematic reading.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- $35 $45 per hour (based on experience)
