  • Schedule meetings.
  • Receive bid proposals where needed, and record accordingly.
  • Monitor contract renewals and send out QAC and contract renewal letters accordingly.
  • Assist with preparation of procurement reports.
  • Record bid openings, as needed.
  • Submit contracts for OGC review, and monitors changes.
  • Track BOT-approved contract spend, based on input from procurement staff.
  • Track project-related purchases, based on input from procurement staff.
  • May process requisitions/issue purchase orders in Workday. (training will be provided).
Qualification Requirements:
  • Experience working in office environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Efficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to lift up to 30lbs.
  • Experience working as part of a team.
  • Pays attention to detail.
  • Follows through on all assigned tasks.
Work Hours:8:30am—5:00pm, Monday—Friday
