- Uses knives and power equipment, cuts and/or packages authorized beef, pork and poultry items according to the policies and procedures
- Prepares and places meat cuts and products in the display counter according to the procedures so they will appear attractive and appealing to the customers.
- Orders product based on customer’s wants and needs. Review bills for proper billing.
- Receives, inspects, and stores meat upon delivery, to maintain cold chain and ensures meat quality.
- Ensures excellent sanitation and quality standards are met daily which adhere to the policy
- Responsible for accurate monthly inventory count and maximizing gross profit.
- Must be 18 years of age
- Experience safely using manual pallet jacks, hand tools and power equipment, including but not limited to knives, wrappers, scales, slicers, cubing machine, and power saw preferred
- Experience with ordering, rotation, training, monthly inventory preferred.
- Ability to regularly lift 50lbs
