- Design conceptual layout plans using CAD and Revit, incorporating equipment placement, demonstrating adjacencies and workflows.
- Work independently to create conceptual commercial foodservice equipment designs that utilize available floor space and meet client?s operational and budgetary requirements.
- Perform site visits, as needed, to survey existing conditions, gather project information or identify equipment needs.
- Select and specify appropriate foodservice equipment, based on Aramark?s standards and aligned with the project?s budget, space, and operational needs.
- Prepare preliminary equipment schedules and cut sheets for sales and CMDC.
- Incorporate local and national codes and standards, including health and safety regulations, ADA accessibility requirements, and foodservice industry standards (e.g., NSF, UL, ANSI).
- Work with clients and project teams to identify goals, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback.

- Manage design projects through all phases, including planning, coordination, and documentation.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring seamless integration with construction schedules.
- Track expenses related to design work and project travel and adhere to company reimbursement policies and procedures.
- Maintain project documentation and Revit/CAD libraries to facilitate seamless workflow Quality Assurance
- Perform internal reviews to ensure design accuracy, functionality, efficiency, and aesthetic value.

- Recommend and implement innovative solutions to improve foodservice operations.
