- Aptitude for Premier / Luxury Vehicle Market, including success in B2C high-end transportation (private jets/aviation, yachts, premium electric vehicles, etc…) and/or leading-edge consumer technology (e.g. battery/solar smart home systems, off road vehicle electronics, aftermarket premium RVs…).
- Sales Accumen and ability to demonstrate confidence in closing pre-orders prior to product launch (i.e. startup pre-launch experience).
- Proactive and Effective Communications, both written and verbal, through sales and marketing material messaging.
- Relationship Management skills and abilities, including ownership of the end-to-end sales and product lifecycle, use of CRM tools, processes and metrics, and email, direct messaging, or other applicable forms.
- Sales Pipeline Management, including CRM, funnel metrics, and driving acceptable closure rate (to be agreed upon).
- College Degree (Associates or Bachelors)
- 2 Years of Inside Sales Experience, preferably in luxury automotive, aviation, or advanced consumer electronics.
- Adept at CRM systems, Microsoft Office and Teams, and other cloud-based communication tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or others.
- Skilled in all forms of communication, written and verbal, with internal team members, external partners, and potential or current customers.
- Flexible, hard-working, and dedicated, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Must be able to pass random drug screenings.
- Must possess a valid California Driver’s License.
- 2-5 years of sales experience in a Premier / Luxury Market, including automotive, technology, RV, or aviation.
- Demonstrated track record in the product pre-launch sales phase.
