Starting $18.57-$19.53/hr.Position Summary:
Works collaboratively with the Program Director to manage the residential program. Responsibilities are multi-faceted and include; MAP coordination, program coordination and maintenance, staff supervision and scheduling, and on-call rotation..
Responsibilities:
  • Participate in client, staff, and management team meetings.
  • Monitor the staff schedule and schedule relief coverage as needed.
  • Counsel, train, and supervise staff during each scheduled shift.
  • Assists residents with ADL's (which may include the use of adaptive equipment); dining guidelines / protocols.
  • Help prepare meals, clean, do laundry, grocery shopping, and help keep the home pleasant and comfortable.
  • Transportation to/from appointments, community events, etc.
  • Complete daily shift notes, data tracking, and any other individual record keeping that may be assigned.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of individual support goals.
  • Administer medications once certified.
  • Remain current on agency certifications / trainings.

Qualifications:
  • College degree and supervisory/management experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills.
  • MAP, PABC, and CPR / First Aid Certified preferred.
  • Experience working with people who live with developmental delays and/or brain injuries.
