- Collaborate with the Sales team to understand prospective Customers' needs and objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present customized solutions to showcase the value and capabilities of Benifex's OneHub technology platform.
- Translate prospective customer requirements into comprehensive proposals, outlining the benefits and ROI of implementing our solutions.
- Address technical and functional questions regarding the platform and integrate feedback into the sales process.
- Assist in contract negotiations by providing insights on solution requirements and pricing structures.
- Leverage your experience as a benefits consultant to offer strategic guidance on employee benefits programs.
- Design and deliver tailored recommendations and solutions to optimize the effectiveness and cost-efficiency of their benefits offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices in employee benefits to provide thought leadership and advice to Customers.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of Benifex's thought leadership initiatives, such as whitepapers, webinars, and industry events.
- A deep understanding of employee benefits strategies, regulations, and market trends, with knowledge of employee benefits tech platforms.
- A sound technical understanding of software platforms, able to advise customers on data import/export, API integration, security and other technical considerations linked to SaaS implementation.
- Proven customer facing consulting, ideally in a pre-sales/sales capacity.
- Experience working on large, complex solutions working across multiple internal teams
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate complex challenges.
- High level of business acumen, with the ability to understand customers' needs and propose innovative solutions.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
