As part of a 24/7 IT support rotation, you'll help ensure uninterrupted operations at our mills by:Providing front-line support via calls, emails, chats, and ticketing systemsTroubleshooting and resolving basic hardware and software issuesManaging account functions such as password resets and access requestsClearly communicating technical solutions to both technical and non-technical usersEscalating complex issues to Tier 2 support when neededFollowing standard procedures and documentation for all technical supportAssisting with IT projects and participating in an on-call rotation as neededUpholding strict safety standards and workplace protocolsQualifications - What We're Looking ForRequired:High school diploma or GEDAbility and drive to learn new skills within the first 90 daysStrong communication and customer service skillsBasic understanding of networks, WAN/LAN concepts, and IT support functionsFamiliarity with Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work varied shifts in a 24/7 environmentReliable, self-motivated, and detail-orientedAble to lift up to 25 lbs and work fully on-sitePreferred:Associate degree in IT or related field1-2 years of experience in help desk or technical supportCertifications: AZ-900 or AZ-104Experience with ITSM tools and support ticketing systemsWhy Join Us
