Role Summary:URBN is looking for a Sourcing Operations Intern to join us for the Summer. The Operations intern will support the daily functions of the Operations team in the Sourcing department.About the Summer Internship Program:Each summer URBN Inc. welcomes candidates from across the country to immerse themselves within various teams across our portfolio of brands and gain hands-on learning experience in the area of business which they choose to pursue.   • Apply to one (1) internship posting that best suits your interest & skills. If there is a project component in the application (see below within role qualifications), it is required that you submit this to be considered for a position. This is due at the time of your application submission.
  • Complete Video Interview: Candidates selected will receive an email with a link to complete a video Interview. You will have 2 days to complete this portion of the application once the email is received.
  • Interviews will be scheduled with our internal teams, continuing on a rolling basis.
Applications will close at 5:00pm EST on November 3rd 2025. Role Responsibilities:
  • BI dashboard report creation and automation
  • AI/coding support and development
  • Assist with o9 data joining
Role Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel Skills required.
  • Ability to prioritize projects and multiple tasks
  • Strong relationship and communication skills
  • Attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • At least one programming language required
  • Proficient in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QLIK
  • Interest in Multi-Modal AI, active and emerging digital tools, and fashion-tech crossover space
  • Preferred Majors: Fash-Tech, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computing Systems, or Business Analytics
