You will be a trusted advisor who assists customers with requirements gathering, gap analysis, system configuration, customization design, testing strategy, solution deployment, and ongoing support.Senior Managers partner with our clients to solve complex business problems and provide best-in-class advice and solutions. Senior Managers have a solid understanding of their client’s business and demonstrate technical competence in their solution and industry. Senior Managers can clearly articulate the value drivers of our business and are responsible for developing opportunities both at existing clients and new clients. Senior Managers are responsible for job economics and for ensuring seamless project management. You seek new ways to create extraordinary development opportunities and ways for your team to make an impact on our clients and communities.Do Your Talents Include the Following?The Functional Architect must apply advanced analysis skills and experience in the principals of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to provide reliable design solutions and key focus on quality deliverables.The Functional Architect must possess deep knowledge of multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Solution areas, specifically in the areas of Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, Project, and Finance.5+ ERP large scale enterprise implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or AX2012.The Functional Architect must understand Life Cycle Services (LCS), Microsoft Sure Step, and Microsoft trends and best practices.Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations certifications.Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a strong desire to succeed.CPA preferred.5+ years of Dynamics AX/D365 experience.Self-motivated; willing to take on new opportunities and learn new technologies.Must have ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.Good team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a desire to continuously learn and share knowledge.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and willingness to present on a variety of functional or technical topics to broad audiences.Ability to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries.Advanced project management and status reporting capabilities.Ability to network and build relationships.Supervisory experience of teams including Consultants and Senior Consultants.Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g. MIS, CIS) required8+ years in a related field required, preferably in professional services and/or industryCertifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, and/or PMP are strongly preferredPreferred Certifications:Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect ExpertMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer AssociateMB-300, MB-310, MB-320, MB-330, MB-500, MB-700Do You Love Exploring New Places?Protiviti operates in a hybrid environment. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job. $139,000.00 - $223,000.00Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job. 14%The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job. $158,460.00 - $254,220.00Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability.
