Develop, execute, and manage a comprehensive channel marketing and enablement strategy aligned with corporate goals. Build strong relationships with value-added resellers (VARs), distributors, and other strategic partners to drive joint marketing initiatives and campaigns. Collaborate with partner account managers, sales leaders, and product marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of channel marketing efforts. Develop and execute a global partner event strategy, including content development, budgeting, on-site execution and post-event reporting, for partner events such as Global Partner Summit, regional partner networking events and partner roundtables. Work with global marketing teams to create channel-specific marketing collateral, campaigns, and promotions. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize channel programs. Ensure timely execution of programs. Manage channel marketing budgets, track KPIs, and deliver measurable ROI. Qualifictations: Bachelor's degree in Marketing. 8+ years in marketing with experience in channel or partner marketing. Strong understanding of indirect sales models and partner ecosystems. Experience leading partner enablement and channel marketing teams. Proven leadership and people management skills. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools. Strategic thinking with a data-driven decision-making approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment. Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives across marketing, sales and partner ecosystems. Outstanding communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills.
