provide high-intensity tutoring to students in reading and math.
implement effective teaching strategies and techniques to ensure maximum engagement and learning outcomes for the students (lesson plans provided).
use instructional technology to monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing feedback and guidance to help students improve their academic performance.
maintain accurate records of student attendance, assignments, and assessments, ensuring confidentiality and privacy of sensitive information.
participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills as a high-intensity tutor.

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
At least one year of experience working in a similar capacity and/or with school-aged children.
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
Enrollment or completion of an accredited education program
Recent or current experience as a classroom teacher
