Industry: Medical Device ManufacturingWe're partnering with a leading medical device manufacturer in Devens, MA to hire Production Assemblers and Machine Operators for both Day and Night shifts. These are Temp-to-Hire roles with long-term growth potential in a clean, controlled, and highly regulated environment.💲 Pay Rates:Day Shift: $20/hourNight Shift: $22/hour🕒 Shift Schedule (12-Hour Rotating Shifts):Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PMNight Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AMRotation: Work 2 days, off 3 days, work 3 days, off 2 days (includes every other weekend)🛠️ Job Title:Production Worker - Medical Device Assembly & Operation✅ Key Responsibilities:Assemble small medical device components with precisionInspect parts for quality and conformance to specificationsOperate semi-automated and automated manufacturing equipmentPackage and label medical products per FDA and ISO standardsMaintain cleanliness and organization of work area (cleanroom protocols may apply)Accurately pick, pack, and ship productsLoad and refill materials in production machinesFollow detailed instructions and documentation for each product batchReport equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to supervisorsSupport other production tasks as assigned🔍 Requirements:Strong attention to detail and manual dexterityComfortable working with small parts in a regulated environmentEnglish speaking and literacy required (reading work instructions and labels)Ability to follow strict safety and quality proceduresGood communication and teamwork skillsWillingness to stand or sit for extended periodsPrior experience in medical device or cleanroom manufacturing is a plus, but not required👋 Interested?Apply directly to this posting to be considered.
