- Ensure all active posts (including temporary or ad-hoc jobs) are always covered during your shift. This includes handling call off’s and finding suitable coverage as needed. This may include staffing posts where suitable coverage cannot be found.
- Oversee the workflow, schedules, and assignments of the Security Specialists across multiple locations.
- Inspect every active post and Security Specialist at least once per week to ensure the quality and compliance in the following areas:
- Security Specialist wellbeing, including health and safety
- Compliance with Customer requirements
- Compliance with TRIDENT requirements
- Uniform quality and compliance
- Post orders are always up to date and relevant.
- Receive, document, and escalate Security Specialist questions and concerns.
- Provide ongoing documented field training for new and existing Security Specialists.
- Ensure every Security Specialist is visited at least twice per shift.
- Answer telephone calls, take messages, answer questions, and provide information as needed, referring and escalating issues to the appropriate resources as needed.
- Respond to and report all emergency situations during your shift.
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities as required by Trident, such as equipment or property damage, theft, or unusual occurrences.
- Any other duties as assigned by Trident.

- Flexibility to work all shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and willingness to work overtime when needed.
- The Security Field Supervisor is a full-time hourly non-exempt position that reports directly to the Security Lead.
