- Responsible for the quality and appearance of the product.
- Run Babcock testing.
- Cheese grinding and calcium testing.
- Use of FT 120.
- Kjeldahl testing.
- Autoclave, distiller, titration, use chemical tanks and dispenser, antibiotic testing, phosphatase testing.
- Micro plating, ph testing, salt testing, cryoscope testing.
- Proficient in use of the computer.
- Must have a solid organizational, analytical problem solving and communication skills.
- Maintain good sanitation and housekeeping of work areas.
- Compliance to Saputo Food Safety policies.
- Follow all safety rules, procedures, and standard operating procedures.
- Must be able to appropriately handle and use cleaning chemicals.
