  • Gain a deep understanding of product functional and performance requirements.
  • Analyze and simulate designs, leading to schematic entry and PCB layout guidance.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams throughout the entire development process.
  • Verify design attributes by testing prototypes to ensure performance goals are met.
  • Analyze and test prototypes to confirm design margins.
  • Investigate design issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Measure performance of sub-circuits, including analog, digital, and mixed signal components
  • Conduct measurements related to timing, signal integrity, audio performance, and other relevant parameters.
  • Facilitate communications with suppliers related to the design verification.
  • Explore new technologies and product concepts to drive innovation.
About youJob Responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in electronic product design and analysis
  • Proven track record of designing complex electronics subsystems at the component/PCB level
  • Experience in designing products for regulatory compliance (EMI, ESD, UL, FCC, CSA, etc.) Proven record of experience in successful EMC compliance designs and strong EMC knowledge in consumer products is a must for this role.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Beneficial Skills and Experience:
  • Knowledge of fundamental technologies relevant to consumer electronic products, such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, digital audio, and USB
  • Experience working with contract manufacturers and/or joint development manufacturers.
  • Previous collaboration with embedded software engineers
  • Proficiency in using Electronics CAD tools, particularly Cadence.
