We are a leading provider of innovative products and services.How Will You Make an Impact?:The Manufacturing Operator plays an integral part of operations as a member of one of our manufacturing department teams to ensure life-saving products are created, handled and delivered safely, on time and with the highest quality standards.A Day in the Life:
  • Work within a manufacturing environment both individually and within a team to ensure customers receive a product that exceeds quality specifications.
  • Communicate with several work groups to ensure the completion of daily production.
  • Work in both standard and clean room environments while adhering to area-specific PPE requirements.
  • Safely operate manual and automated filling equipment.
  • Safely operate pallet jacks.
  • Handle and process materials that are in temperature sensitive conditions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • May be required to safely operate a 26’ foot box truck and transit vehicle.
Education:High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience:
  • Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field
  • Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the metric system, and ability to perform conversions.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and cGMP’s. problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions from identifying errors
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds.
  • Able to work in normal to extreme conditions: Ambient, Cold Room (2-8°F), Freezer (-20°F), and Ultra Cold (-80°F).

Compensation and Benefits The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $16.78–$25.17.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
