  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Banking/teller, customer service and/or sales experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash-handling.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to impart knowledge of tasks and perform remedial training as needed.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills preferred.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
