- Prospective Student Engagement:
- Serve as the first point of contact for new inquiries, managing communication via phone, email, text, and in-person visits.
- Conduct initial outreach and follow-up with prospective students to guide them through the application and enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of all applicant and inquiry data in the College's customer relationship management (CRM) or student information system.
- Recruitment and Outreach:
- Coordinate and lead campus tours, information sessions, and open house events for prospective students and their families.
- Represent Johnson College at local high school visits, college fairs, and community events to build relationships and promote academic programs.
- Build a network of relationships with high school counselors and community outreach programs to enhance student enrollment.
- Application and Document Management:
- Assist applications with completing their applications and submitting required documents, such as transcripts and financial aid forms.
- Ensure all student enrollment files are created, maintained, and updated with all necessary materials.
- Front Desk and Administrative Functions:
- Manage the front desk, including greeting all visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and managing general inquiries.
- Perform essential administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing mail, and preparing correspondence.
- Serve as the primary liaison for all satellite campus administrative needs.
- Facility and Vendor Management:
- Act as the point person for all facility-related issues, including coordinating with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services.
- Ensure the campus is clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all students and staff.
- Manage inventory and oversee the ordering and stocking of office and campus supplies.
- Main Campus Communication:
- Serve as the key communication link between the satellite campus and the main campus for administrative, logistical, and policy-related matters.
- Student Support and Resource Assistance:
- Provide students with guidance on how to access a wide range of campus resources, including academic advising, career services, and financial aid.
- Assist students with on-campus needs, answering questions and troubleshooting issues, or directing them to the appropriate main campus department.
- Facilitate effective communication with the main campus on behalf of students regarding academic or personal matters as needed, while maintaining compliance with Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) regulations.
- Event Management:
- Work in collaboration with the Student Success Coordinator to assist in the planning, promotion, and execution of on-campus events, workshops, and student activities.
- Assist in setting up event spaces and coordinating necessary resources to ensure events run smoothly.

- Adept at utilizing discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
- Capable of working independently, under general direction, and in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to collaborate with various campus departments and connect students to available resources and/or services as needed.
- Ability to work alternative hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license.

- At least 1-2 years' experience in a higher education environment, preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver's license
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred - not required, but strongly beneficial for supporting our campus community.
