My client is seeking a CNC Manufacturing Engineer with strong expertise in MasterCAM to support custom metal fabrication projects. This role focuses on programming, process optimization, and ensuring high-quality, efficient production in a fast-paced shop environment.This role will report directly into the Director of Engineering and be responsible for:
  • CNC programming with MasterCAM, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD
  • Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and technical specifications to develop accurate machining programs
  • Partner with machinists and fabricators to support efficient production workflows
  • Verify finished parts meet specifications using precision measuring instruments
  • Support routine machine maintenance and assist with troubleshooting as needed
  • Work with engineering and production teams to identify process improvements and drive efficiency
