- Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify potential customers through research, outreach, and social selling. Use tools like LinkedIn, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo to build targeted lists and segment leads.
- Initiate Contact: Reach out via email, phone, and social channels to engage prospects. You'll craft compelling messaging that resonates with higher ed professionals and communicates the company’s value.
- Set Appointments: Book discovery calls and demos for our Account Executives. You'll be the first touchpoint in building meaningful client relationships.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Marketing to align campaigns and messaging. Share insights with Sales and Product teams to improve our approach and offerings.
- Track and Measure: Manage your pipeline and activities in HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
- 0–2 years of experience in a sales development, business development, or similar client-facing role (EdTech or SaaS preferred, but not required)
- Strong communicator – confident on the phone, clear in writing, and able to build rapport quickly
- Self-starter – you take initiative, manage your time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment
