- Client Consultation: Engage with current policyholders, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored advice.
- Inbound Calls: Efficiently handle incoming calls - addressing questions and offering solutions.
- Policy Customization: Design and suggest insurance plans that match the unique needs of each client.
- Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios by bundling or rounding out accounts.
- Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in the insurance industry to provide informed advice.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal and listening).

- Prior experience within an Allstate agency is highly preferred, but not required.
- Must currently hold a valid Property/Casualty license.
