Duties and Responsibilities - Business Development Mrg:
- Must be driven and self-motivated to procure new business and expand our existing client base.
- Develop and manage a list of new prospects across several vertical markets.
- Efficiently schedule appointments and manage time to assure maximum productivity.
- Must have the ability to direct meetings with Business Executives and deliver executive-level presentations.
- Qualify prospects, make effective sales presentations, answers questions and objections in a proficient and responsible manner.
- Consultative selling with a high level of motivation, self-discipline, resiliency, and personal accountability.
- Conduct onsite building assessments of prospective clients to assist with developing a business case to be used in the sales process.
- Build and maintain rapport and positive relations with internal team members to resolve problems and identify opportunities with efficiency.
- Participate in networking events and successfully navigate the business community.
- College degree helpful.
- Must be able to sell & Estimate large HVAC/MEP/Mechanical/Construction Projects
- 5+ years of Sales experience
- HVAC/MEP Construction a Plus
- A measurable track record of sales achievement
- A proven resume of increasing responsibility
- Exceptional client relationship management skills
- Have a solutions mindset as demonstrated by creative approaches to technical problems
- Must be able to effectively utilize the latest technology and tools for managing the Sales process.
