- Act as the organization's SME for all network-related issues including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN
- Architect, configure, and maintain switches, routers, firewalls, access points, and load balancers
- Monitor network performance and security, proactively identifying and remediating risks
- Administer network services such as DHCP, DNS, VLANs, and routing protocols
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis for network outages or security breaches
- Stay current on industry standards, emerging technologies, and security best practices
- Serve as an escalation point for 1st and 2nd level support on hardware, OS, applications, and user issues
- Support POS systems, hospitality applications (Micros, Oracle, venue systems), and end-user technologies
- Assist with Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and server environments
- Participate in IT projects including system upgrades, cloud adoption, virtualization, and disaster recovery
- Document standards, processes, and troubleshooting steps for the IT knowledge base
- Assist and/ or complete additional tasks as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in network engineering and administration
- 3+ years of experience in IT support and infrastructure operations
- Cisco CCNA/CCNP or equivalent required; additional CompTIA Network+/Security+ desirable
- Experience with hospitality systems (POS, Oracle, venue technologies) preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Server, Azure, VMware/Hyper-V, and enterprise security tools
- Deep knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and security
- Strong troubleshooting skills across network, server, and endpoint layers
- Strong organizational skills; capable of balancing SME responsibilities with hands-on IT support
- Valid Driver's License and passport eligibility for travel
- 21+ years of age
- Must have strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must have good positive energy throughout the day
- Must be able to read the computer monitors and print legibly
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to move quickly through work and set the pace in the office
- Must be able to push and lift up to 25 lbs.

- Work in an environment that is subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, and smoke, the severity of which depends upon the guest volume
