The hospitality coordinator will help with pre-event and post event hospitality support. This is a part-time (a couple of hours/week) from February to the end of September.Who You Are
  • Strong organizational skills, an eye for detail and a sense of urgency
  • Ability to understand and execute on established work procedures
  • Team player: ability to communicate effectively and work harmoniously with others
  • High School Diploma; some college preferred
What You'll Do
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring trucks are stocked and organized with necessary supplies, including driver gear, equipment, and event materials.
  • Order and re-stock items necessary hospitality supplies and equipment for the next event.
  • Ensure driver gear is cleaned, properly bagged, and ready for use at events, maintaining high standards of organization and readiness.
