You’ll provide hands-on care, lead nursing staff, and collaborate with medical professionals to ensure excellent resident outcomes. Key responsibilities include:Supervising daily nursing functions and staff assignmentsCoordinating admissions, discharges, and transfersMonitoring medication administration and treatment complianceConducting rounds to assess resident care and staff performanceParticipating in care planning, assessments, and quality assuranceEnsuring compliance with federal, state, and facility regulationsManaging incident reports, documentation, and family communicationsParticipating in facility surveys, committee meetings, and staff developmentWhat We’re Looking For:Current California RN license in good standingMinimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term careStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to think critically, multitask, and solve problemsExperience with PCC (PointClickCare) preferredCurrent CPR certificationPassion for working with the elderly and a team-oriented mindsetWhat We Offer:Starting pay from $39/hour (depending on experience)Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance401(k) with employer matchingPaid Time Off (PTO) and holidaysFlexible schedulingCareer development and leadership trainingA positive, supportive team environmentJoin a facility where your leadership makes a real impact.
