You'll work closely with the current receptionist (being trained into an admin support role) and serve as a key point of contact for internal operations and office management tasks.
  • Support internal teams by assisting with administrative overflow during a high-capacity period
  • Coordinate office logistics, including ordering supplies, maintaining kitchen inventory, and vendor scheduling
  • Act as a liaison between office managers at various locations to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide front-line support-triaging urgent issues (e.g., double-booked rooms, ringing phones, high-level visitors)
  • Help maintain a well-functioning, professional, and welcoming office environment
  • Work closely with the head of facilities to prioritize and manage day-to-day administrative needs

  • 1-3 years of professional experience (front desk, administrative, or related); open to early-career candidates with strong potential
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment-phones ring frequently, and priorities can shift quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident handling both internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Strong sense of ownership and initiative
