You'll work closely with the current receptionist (being trained into an admin support role) and serve as a key point of contact for internal operations and office management tasks.
Support internal teams by assisting with administrative overflow during a high-capacity period
Coordinate office logistics, including ordering supplies, maintaining kitchen inventory, and vendor scheduling
Act as a liaison between office managers at various locations to ensure smooth operations
Help maintain a well-functioning, professional, and welcoming office environment
Work closely with the head of facilities to prioritize and manage day-to-day administrative needs

1-3 years of professional experience (front desk, administrative, or related); open to early-career candidates with strong potential
Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment-phones ring frequently, and priorities can shift quickly
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident handling both internal stakeholders and external vendors
Strong sense of ownership and initiative
Comfortable working in a forward-facing, people-first role
