Seeking a dedicated and innovative Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Chicago. This role will involve improving operational efficiency and developing innovative manufacturing processes.
  • Initial responsibilities would be incorporating a new product line
  • Doing a lot to design the process off the jump.
  • Once it's an established product line, it will be shifting to a CI position
  • Everyone they have there is on the floor -- more than 50%

  • Good undertsaning of CNC percisoin maching (mills, lathes ect)
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other engineering tools.
