- They are searching for a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative to perform data entry, phone work, and systems research related to provider directory accuracy.
- Update data for directory information such as primary addresses, secondary addresses, phone numbers, and specialty in the company's systems
- Reaching out to providers regarding their directory information, using appropriate phone etiquette and language
- Performing analysis within some of the company’s systems to ensure that provider records are correctly updated and up-to-date, and that provider information will be correctly displayed to our members
- Processing three (3) pieces of provider information an hour and up to twenty (20) pieces per day
- Experience of at least 6 months in a call center or professional customer service environment
- Friendly phone etiquette and good verbal communication skills
- Previous experience using Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel and Outlook
- Very flexible and reliable in all situations
