Senior Machine Learning EngineerA rapidly growing AI Solutions company is seeking an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join their team.This company focuses on operationalizing AI models to help their clients reach the full potential of their data while avoiding costly pitfalls. This is an opportunity to join a team constantly exploring the horizons of what's possible in AI.In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that provide valuable insights and predictions, enabling clients to make data-driven decisions and achieve their business objectives.Location: Hybrid in ChicagoPreferred Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in a software engineering or machine learning role.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
  • Expertise in predictive modeling and machine learning algorithms, both generative and discriminative.
  • Extensive experience with productionizing and automating machine learning models.
  • Strong understanding of MLOps principles and practices.
  • Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with various model types (classification, regression, clustering, time series forecasting).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and technologies.
