- Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to students in accordance with IEP goals.
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education programs (IEPs), and participate in eligibility and review meetings.
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to integrate speech and language strategies into the classroom environment.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.
- Support communication development in the general education population, when needed.
- ?Participate in ongoing professional development and district initiatives
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with an endorsement in Speech Language Pathology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience in a school-based setting is preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply, though this is not a requirement.
