DESCRIPTIONStandardization and Automation team (S&A) is looking for an technically astute technical program manager who thrives working with data and analytics teams. This position will be responsible for owning and driving Analytics and Financial Allocations development roadmap to bring value solving real-business problems. This position will work closely with the Product, Data Engineering & Business Intelligence functions in S&A and will manage the technical design of Analytics strategy and roadmap.
We're looking for a proven Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead our technical road map and innovation for the Analytics and Allocations team. Our ideal candidate will have a deep technical background, demonstrating mastery of software fundamentals, and be willing to effectively challenge technical system designs and engineering decisions. Our ideal candidate will have analytic skills to dive into our controls and develop insights, vision and creativity to find innovative ways to act on these insights, the technical chops to translate those ideas into innovative design, and strong project management skills to harness the passion and energy of teams across the company to drive the vision and execution of our products and services.Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will own the technical program management responsibilities for multiple parallel products that has an organization-wide impact for Operations Finance. You will closely work with engineering, Product, and executive teams to deliver Analytical products and features. You will leverage your deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills and excellent leadership skills to come up with new ways to solve challenges at scale. As a Sr. TPM, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance customer and business needs versus technical constraints. You will create processes, mechanisms, and tools that shape the delivery of multiple technical projects across S&A. You will own regular communication to senior management and stakeholders on status, risks and change control. You will own defining, measuring and tracking metrics for project success. You will be resourceful and find creative solutions to complex technical and business challenges.A day in the life

The candidate will have demonstrated experience in delivering complex technical solutions that bring value for customers. - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalentPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base pay for this position ranges from $119,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market.
